The procedure of bleeding air out is simple, even if you're not switching to Engine Ice. I did and my temp never goes over 8 bars...

Put Engine Ice in my bike. Stays at 8 bars temp wise. Cycle Gear always has it in stock. Search the forum for coolant, couple of threads on how and what to do.

I just followed the steps put up by Hoover on the Duke390 forum and did a flush and put Engine Ice in my bike back at 588 miles. Only advice to add is don't stop flushing (fill distilled,run engine,drain) with distilled water until it does pour out clear. May need to repeat more times than...
