Thanks for the reply.
Good to know that the new parts have been improved...interesting that KTM have decided to practice the same customer service policy that Ducati use; "Sucked in customer"
If I understand things correctly the Rapidbike Evo will do the tuning for you. That's a huge saving right there to be honest...dyno runs cost money and you're stuck with the tune and setup unless you pay for another dyno run.
The thing I like about RB Evo is you can update the bike in stages...
KTM part number for reference: 90234005033
I encountered major shifting issues with the bike which started as a stiff shifting feel and ended with no shifting into 5th at all.
On inspection I found this sliding plate to be pretty badly notched out but I was surprised to find no other issues...
Have you tried answering that question for yourself? I mean all I did was use the links I have already given you and I found the ones below.
Good luck.

Nothing more to add, like module "X" or "Y", no Dyno time required...you can change things like your exhaust header without needing to pay for another Dyno Run
Grey Area KTM, who are sponsors, had them at a great price.
G'day
Would you mind having a look at the shipping options available in your shop? $212(US) to ship some small parts to Australia seems a little excessive. :)
In a perfect world people learn how to ride a bike.
First it was the brands fault then it was the drivers.
You received an expensive lesson...not as expensive as it could've been but expensive none the less.
What experience do you have that made the reclusive clutch seem like a necessary...
