That being said... it's not much of a slipper clutch IMO. The yoyodyne upgrade is superb. Just keep in mind it's based on the 2015 model (i.e. 2015 clutch kit).
Coolant color is irrelevant. Go with high quality coolant. Your preferred choice. I don’t know about adding water wetter + other coolant. I’ve never done that and can’t comment on it’s effectiveness. If you’re concerned, drain it and put in your preferred choice.

What’s your application? Street? Race? I have never tested the CL for street but they make great race pads.
To do the rear you’ll need to take the rear wheel. If you’re comfortable doing that, I don’t think you’ll need more mechanical know how than what it takes to do the front brakes.
Audio of noise would help.
You said you have the manual cam chain tensioner. I wonder if the tensioner is loose and what you hear is the chain slapping around.
