My check engine light is on after the fuel pump and ignition fuse was tripped. The fuse is replaced and everything is running fine but the engine light is still on. How can I reset the computer to make the fault clear and turn off the engine light.

i recently went to track and during my prep, i pulled fuse #6 so i wouldn't need to tape up my lights. However when I went to try to start my bike, it wouldn't start. ideas on why? I'd prefer to just pull my fuse so i don't need to tape. thanks
