2016 RC 390 Won't connect to dealerships computer

Hey guys! Took my 2016 RC 390 to the KTM dealership to see what they would offer me. My bike is pristine with only 4200 miles. The dealer offered me $1,000. lol. The reason given was because they couldn't get my bike to connect to the dealerships computer. I asked they guy if there was anything I can do to get it fixed to connect to their computer and he basically told me the 2015-2016 are notorious for electrical problems and he didn't know.. I've never had any problems electrical or otherwise but just wanted to see if anyone else here has had this issue when bringing their bike into the dealership?

The ODB at these bikes for any pre-purchase condition evaluation is pretty much useless. Heck- you can have the whole engine swapped 3 times and the computer would not show the faintest hint about it I guess the dealership used this as a good excuse to get it cheaply from you.
