2022 race bike

Hi. RC390 , 2022 model. T
ken ABS out and traction control wires to the wheels have just unplugged . Put new braided brake lines in for brakes.
Took all lights off and took out hi low relay, side stand, have side stand magnet taped up.
Had battery out and tag welded a bracket for front Fairing I was making.
Now when I went to start bike dash said ABS failure, traction control failure, ECU failure. Would start bike but fly by wire would not let bike rev up.
Plugged ABS back in without hoses attached and put fuses back in for abs and light relay. Still no difference. Worried I damaged ECU when welding on bike.........but have done this before on many other bikes no issue. Is there a way of taking out abs unit ànd traction control sensors so we can go racing?
Is there a way to reset the bike?
Any help would be appreciated.

Mig. Battery was out. Local bike shop has said ECU has gone into limp mode and need to take it to shop to reset. They are talking to a race team in Australia who are running one of these to ask a few questions. Will update here when I have more.

Mig should be okay.
