A custom-made multitool or penknife

I was idly wondering about the ideal Leatherman or Swiss army knife.

Does anyone know of a way to have a custom-built tool with my choice of essentials? You know, knife, T30, T45, corkscrew, beer bottle opener

I did read something about one of the multi-tool mfgr's which allows you to customize the tool selection--unfortunately, I cannot remember which one (SOG, maybe?).

Gerber makes a slew of multitools for specific tasks. Maybe they have something?

Hmmm...got me thinking, I might just have to customize my own SOG. There are handier tools for access, but the SOG pliers are truly great.
