Chaos causes

My 2016 models stock exhaust(which was never changed ) crackles once the bike is run about half a kilometre while the throttle is turned of and the bike is in gear(just like it crackles in a super car on turning the thrrotle off). The crackling is more prominent once low fuel level indicator lights up. When the bike goes downhill and if the gear is enganged, on leaving the throttle the exhaust keeps on crackling (not continously). Is this something to be concerned about?
