Orange sides around rear lights under pillion seat

can't attach photo but the part underneath rear pillion seat on either side of rear lights on my 2014 ktm 390rc is black and I see on the new ones is orange and looks unreal!! anyone know what I would call that to search for it for my bike?? sorry for vague description hope someone knows what I mean and can tell me

Part #31 in the attached drawing, part number is 90508018000EB, found this on ktm world on a 2019 RC390 tank/seat drawing.

This is sometimes referred to as a rear under cowl/tray.
