Small dent in frame?

Hey guys,
Don't know how I didn't notice before but on the left side of the frame where the header and cat meet, there seems to be a dent. Looks like some dingus mech used a screwdriver or something on it as a leverage point. Think it's an issue or should I cause a fuss about it? It's within warranty period but I got mods on the bike done so might be a problem. Lemme know what you think

I'm guessing that is suppose to be there for a reason. If someone was prying against that they you would see a lot of damaged powder coating.
