The lights are on but nobody is home.

I recently swapped springs in front and replaced the MC with a Frando 7nb. The brake light works for it so I don't really see what I could have done to cause this. I had to modify the hole the steering lock pin goes in because the steering is restricted now to fit the radial MC but I can't concieve of an anti theft system being that smart. Maybe not enough juice in the battery?

Try charging the battery over night or swapping it. Might as well check fuses while you're at it but it sounds like the battery doesnt want to play.

Have you verified how much voltage is getting to your starter? How old is the battery? Have you gotten the battery tested?
