So let me be the first to say this is system is a piece of artwork and should be put on a wall for just to stare at. The kit includes everything that is required to mount other than a new copper crush gasket for the exhaust. This system does away with some of the original radiator hoses and the thermostat so make sure to let the bike have a bit of warm up time in those cold mornings. Mounting this system took less than 20 minutes and uses 6 quick springs to hold everything together, follow the install instructions posted up on the tyga performance website and you will be just fine. Fitment is spot on with the right amounts of clearance where required. You will need to have the updated belly pan for this or modify your existing unit, i dont have time or patience so the belly was ordered with the exhaust,. I did remove the db killer from the pipe as per instructions to do so from Gray Area Racing's guru Paxton. Simple removal of the carbon end cap and then taking the silicone end cap off, removing the bolt from the db killer and popping it out. Clean off the old silicone and apply some new rtv made for heat and your good to go. :I did not use any rtv on the joints of the pipe as per the instructions, :I never have on any exhaust as a matter of fact. Sound is amazing as expected, quality is second to none. If you are looking for the absolute best ktm 390 exhaust on the market, this is it, nothing else will come close to the power this will make. If you are a serious racer and cant get you hands on a cup bike, this is the exhaust for you. Have a hankering for a killer street exhaust that your buddies will drool over, this it!! I have some links to some you tube vids for your enjoyment. I suggest sending matt or paxton your money now since these will be in extremely high demand!!
You will also see that beautiful 415 setup as well in the videos, some serious weight savings with that stuff over stock as well, another must have for any racer. Matt can hook you up with the gearing you need.

Dyno Results are in, I do not have the graph on hand yet, but it was tuned on the same dyno as last year and we are up from 41 to 47.6 max hp at the rear wheel. I would have to say somewhat significant. I will post the graph once I pick up the bike Friday

Is this compared to the MotoMaggot exhaust? What’s the weight difference with the new system?

I think the weight between the two systems is very close. I have pre and post dyno. Pre is with the moto maggot, larger injector, 390r runner and open lid. Post is tyga wss race exhaust, mild head port, throttle body port, some other custom work, plus thin head gasket.

Hard to see the last two images, but they appear the same. Was your final HP 47?
