I am danish and new here.
I stopped biking 2011 on a MZ301 that I still miss and think the engineering was very good considering it came from a very poor,russian slave camp called DDR.
I was getting to old.
I also was a pilot many years ago and dream of making a better(lower mass) 40 horsepower-3000 rpm one seat aircraft engine.

My questions are if someone know the mass of complete assembled cylinder head (without liquids)?
What is diameter of an exhaust valve?Diameter of valve stems?.
Idea is to put 4 exhaust valves in and make an inverted single cylinder,direct drive ,two stroke 40horsepower-3000 rpm engine with 89mm bore and 135mm stroke.
If possible I need mass of complete piston with rings and pin as well.
It is not of importance to anybody but my self,but I like scheming mechanical things.
