I think the Pazzo lever is same as stock when it is in position 6 only, going to test that before I get rid of it.

Bike ran great but had consistent problem shifting to fifth. Thought I had clutch adjusted on tight side with a few mm of play but you could feel something in lever as it finally engaged. Also noticed that pull is not as long with pazzo levers when they are set to anything but longest reach. I...

Follow up... Yup, changed throttle cable with only side fairing removal, no need to pull tank or anything else. d

OK thanks guys. I did something stupid when replacing the throttle tube and frayed the cable, so waiting on replacement to arrive. Damn its hard getting basic parts for these bikes. Forget about expecting next day air service. I had to cancel my track event this weekend. d

Do the fairings and the gas tank have to come off to replace throttle cable? I think I know the answer but just checking. d
