I've owned it for about a year, and in that time it has mainly seen track use. I've never had a problem with it, and I'm extremely meticulous with all of my motorcycles -- this one is no exception.

I'll tell you this. The paint on these bikes sucks. I removed all of my stickers and it took off some of the paint, and revealed a sh*t ton of scratches.
I have the IRC QS (not auto blip) and it's a good product. Moto D sent me a faulty unit originally but promptly replaced it and everything works great now.

Stalling issues for the first 600 miles
Valve adjustment at 600 fixed this -- all valves out of spec at first service

These things happen with every manufacturer... I've had it happen to me with Nissan!
Legal route is the best to take (curious why you haven't started this process already?). You'll get it resolved one way or the other :)
QS sensor was fine; tested with multimeter. Also tried a replacement sensor just to be sure.
Entire unit ended up being faulty -- replaced with new one and it works well.

All of the above changes were made, but I noticed that it would still stall - occasionally - at low revs and in first gear primarily. There has been a lot of discussion about how lean these bikes run from the factory and this being a contributing factor.
