    RC390 turned "cafe racer"

That's the coolant res. I haven't weighed it yet but will before I deliver it. Wheels are raw vapor blasted aluminum. I'm not a fan of painting wheels, doesn't age well, chips, etc. I PC them when I have to but sometimes I like the durability and clean-ability of shot peened aluminum.

    RC390 turned "cafe racer"

The build is officially completed and the photo shoot is posted. You can check out all the shots in nice res here: One-Up Moto Garage Pipeburn did a write up on the build here: LOOKING SHARP. One-Up Moto?s ?Angulár? KTM RC390 Cafe Tracker - Pipeburn.com I'm sure it won't appeal to everyone, I...

    Fuel gauge delete?

Huh, it must not make a big difference between 2.7 and 3.7 because I've been running it at 2.7 now for a few days with no issues. I'll bump it back up to 3.7 (53PSI) and see if I can tell a difference. I'm going to throw a 10 ohm resistor (a size I had handy) in the fuel gauge wires today and...

Interesting, I'll give that a shot. Right now when mine is cold and you blip throttle it will go back down and die sometimes. I also still get a pop on deceleration pretty often.

    Fuel gauge delete?

Fantastic info, thank you so much! I'll throw a resistor on there and drop my pressure to 40 PSI.

    Fuel gauge delete?

I'm running a custom tank on my RC390 that has no way to run the stock fuel gauge so I want to trip the sensor to just read a full tank. With the sensor unplugged it reads totally empty, 0 miles left, and always reads low fuel with the warning light which I'd like to resolve. Does anyone know...

    Fuel pressure?

I'm running an aftermarket tank on a custom RC390 with an external adjustable fuel pump and regulator. I'm running the pressure at 50psi right now because I had read that was stock but I just stumbled upon something that said 2.7 bar which equates to about 39psi. So I was hoping someone on here...

In the target AFR table? Did you set it up like that?

May have answered my own question. Does the ECU fight any AFR adjustments made through the PCV below 80%? And the Wide Band 2 I got from you has its own software on it that regulates the AFR to a preset rate independent of the PCV?

*SOLVED* could have been two things. After configuring autotune settings I hadn't hit "send map" again. So I did that, but also since the target AFR is set at 0's the autotune doesn't trim anything until 80-100% where I have it set at 13.5. So when I rev it that high the light comes on and it...

I should add that when the ignition is off the program says "1 device connected" when I turn on the ignition it says "2 devices connected" So it does read that the autotune is there when the ignition is on. Should it also read it with ignition off? I don't know, if that could be a useful piece...

So I got the map loaded and configured the autotune ON, set the target AFR to 13.5 for 80-100%. Everything seems good, my green light on the autotune hardware stays on, computer reads AFR when bike is running BUT the green light on the program by "Autotune Running" never kicks on and my trims...

Thanks! I had only gone to the other link and downloaded the DJ map. Now I have the intake mod map you suggested. My only question now is do I just load that to the PCV and ride? Or do I need to adjust the target AF to anything particular or do any other specific adjustments?

Do you guys not have any maps you could send that are closer than the DJ maps that are all with stock intake? I know nothing will be perfect for this bike but if you have something that's close to these mods (open lid airbox and open exhaust) I feel like it would be a much closer ball park to...

Very good to know, I'll try to find the sensor and plug it back in. Also I e-mailed your sales team and they said they didn't have a map I could use, so I replied stating a rep from the 390 forum directed me to them in regards to a base map and they haven't replied. They said they don't have a...

thanks for the clarification. I'm guessing not just any resistor? I have read somewhere on here that a 22k ohm works. Is that what you've got there? Or is there a range of resistors that do the trick?

Finally Closed Loop control WBC2 Wide Band2 Autotune - Installation Video & Review

Will do, thanks! I read that a 22k ohm resistor bridging the evap wire will do the job. That something you've experienced? Or by plug do you mean I can just short the two wires together?

I got my wb2 from you guys (HR), but I already had a PCV that is not set up for anything in particular. I have them both hooked up as per your instructions and everything is working okay, the bike does stall sometimes after I blip the throttle and when I blip it does one loud pop at the peak of...

    RC390 turned "cafe racer"

thanks, the coolant res is now a stainless bottle with some TIG welded brackets bolting it in the gap between the swingarm and frame where the stock exhaust came down. You can only see it from certain angles.
