    Crank position sensor

Yes it's strange. I think mine just showed the code because it wouldn't start. Checked compression and had none. So I tore it down and had a cracked piston. It's all rebuilt now with Chad's superbikes kit, which picked up about 5 more hp Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

Can't find any info online, but only thing that generates engine speed signal I see would be ckp sensor. I checked wiring from it to ECU and also ohmed it out read 300 ohms. Not...

    Tire question

Michelin power RS is a great tire for this bike and I have races on it winning expert class with them. I tried both the 140 and 150 rear. Felt like I had a bit more grip with the 150. They are very reasonably priced Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

    Possibility of front end swap

I think it would be a great idea if u can get it to fit. Just run one disc. U would have a better caliper and master cylinder them the ktm and better forks. Plus u would have a 3.5" front wheel with better front tire choice and it would probably be lighter then the boat anchor of a wheel that...

    Sato Racing Short Shift kit

I tried that one. Didn't like it. Kept coming loose and also because of the way it extends off the shaft puts a lot side stress on shift shaft Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

    Andreani cartridges

Oil level is measured with forks fully compressed and springs removed. with Andreanni cartridges the the forks should be able to use all but about 15mm of the travel. I'm running 8.3n/m springs whuch is .85 kg/mm and weigh 180lbs. In my 600 i run .95 springs and oil level at 160mm. I'll get a...

    Andreani cartridges

So I took my forks apart tonight, not happy with the handling. Had them installed by a shop. Haven't been using anywhere close to all travel. Found cartridges loose in fork bottoms. So took them out. Noticed that these cartridges don't use top out springs and wondering why as all modern forks I...

    Water pump and/or linkage failure

I have my motor apart getting some head work done and a bunch of grey sand came out of the water jackets in the cylinder. Wonder if that is contributing to water pump seal failures Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
