Anyone know the throttle ride by wire wire colors or the fuel injector wire colors?

My check engine light is on after the fuel pump and ignition fuse was tripped. The fuse is replaced and everything is running fine but the engine light is still on. How can I reset the computer to make the fault clear and turn off the engine light.
