    Major Clutch Problem

It feels like it disengages, I haven't pulled the clutch cover off yet. What else could it be if it's not the nut? Some kind of bearing seizure?

    Major Clutch Problem

So earlier today...I was in first gear with the clutch pulled in revs @ 8k RPMs getting ready to launch and all of a sudden my bike stood up in a 12 o'clock wheelie as if I dumped the clutch even though I did not release the clutch it was pulled all the way back to the bar and adjusted...

Finally Closed Loop control WBC2 Wide Band2 Autotune - Installation Video & Review

I agree with bahawton's above post. However, after extensive testing on Motorcyclist's Dyno Auto-Tune ONLY worked correctly on my bike using the WB2 with Hard Racing's low voltage output setup when values were entered in the 90-100% range with all other boxes left blank including clearing any...

Stalling problem in a brand new bike.

Just watched your YouTube videos. This problem goes beyond the scope of normal stalling issues at a light. I bought the street version so I don't know if the cup version has an emission canister. If so, did you remove it? Also check your air box for cracks which will cause a vacuum leak. A...

Stalling problem in a brand new bike.

A long time ago I had a cell light which turned out to be the sidestand switch upon inspection it had a glob of chain lube on it, I now regularly keep it clean. I haven't had a problem since, but I would be curious for a link as that is a mod worth performing anyways. I have tested my bike on...

Stalling problem in a brand new bike.

I believe the problem is simply due to the bike running too rich. I have Dynojet's WB2 with a digital gauge so I'm able in real-time to see the AFR just before it stalls and this happens at 2-5% throttle and it's running 11:1, sometimes richer just before it stalls. It does the same thing even...

Has anyone weighed there bike? Road prep or race prep

Nice work! My bike is currently in fully street legal form, but it's nice to know I can get it down to 300 lbs more or less converted into a track bike.

Overheating engine, radiator fan stays on.

Was the bike obviously down on power or did you do a compression check to discover the failure?

Has anyone weighed there bike? Road prep or race prep

Mine weighed 365 lbs stock. After mods it currently weighs 331 lbs with a full tank completely filled to the top with no air space, and all fluids topped off. I hope to get it down to 315 after Marchesini wheels and Akra exhuast w/o cat. I used 2 scales one on each wheel at the same time to most...

    Dyno results Chad's Engine kit

Chad's map for the PCV includes a 11,200 rpm redline via Rev Xtend. I also have the Akra ecu flash which by itself bumps up the rev limit to 10,250 up from 10k stock. Stock valves but with new single valve springs and retainers. The RC could really use some titanium valves the stock ones are...

    Dyno results Chad's Engine kit

Well Chad, if you will sell us your throttle body mods and convince California to sell 93 pump gas, Maybe we would all stand a chance! :p Btw, I'm using the Akrapovic exhaust with the cat. I'll try the Akra w/o later... Might have to bite the bullet and forgo Auto-Tune altogether...
