No. There are several others.
No sorry. It's not allowed under our production racing rules
Thanks for the compliment.
Here's another short video from last weekend. I jump started race 1 and incurred a 15 second penalty which put me back in 12th position for the start of race 2. I got a great...
Wish I knew this the first time the head gasket blew. It just blew for the second time this past weekend with less than 700km on the clock. Luckily I've got 3 weeks until my next round but unfortunately being a race bike it's not covered under warranty.
On my bike there is one hose from the coolant overflow and one from the fuel overfill but they both meet at a T piece where they share the same bottom hose. Im thinking perhaps the bottom hose is pinched/blocked which would force the coolant to go up the fuel overfill hose and end up like it...
How much do you weigh?
Do you know your front and rear spring rates?
Have you added any ride height to the rear or is it set at stock length?
Which tyres do you use?
Does anyone know how much trail these bikes have?
Flash code 21 is engine control relay - switch-off delay, but that is 2 long and 1 short. None of the error codes in the book start with short flashes. They all have the long flash listed first
I'm curious as to what spring rate people are using for their weight? I'm 72kg(160lbs) and was supplied with 8.3 spring rate but find that too stiff and have about 30mm of unused travel. I want to drop down to a lower spring rate but I'm not sure what rate to go for.
Maz and I are both in Australia and KTM stands for 'Keep counting The Money' over here. I just rang the dealership and list price is AU$700 for the rear and AU$627 for the front. I get a bit of discount but it still works out at over a grand and that's before rotor, bolts, abs ring and tyres...
The tail/seat section fits best of all so no worries there. I didn't have a problem with the upper cowl and windscreen or the bellypan however the side panels took a bit of work to fit..
Personally I think they are misinterpreting the rule. The rule states it must hold 3 litres and says nothing about holding 3 litres under motion. But yeah, not something you want to be arguing on race day.
