Hi All,
Does anyone have a 2021-2023 RC390 apart and is able to measure the fuel pump mounting bolt pattern for me? I have a 2017 fuel pump that I want to swap into a 2023 Tank, have checked part numbers and images, it should be the same mounting plate pattern but im not 100% sure and want to know before I buy a 2023 tank.
Attaching a quick sketch, "diagonal cross" measurements from hole centers is roughly 3.5" (89mm) and "parallel" distance is roughly 3" (76.2mm).
Would be a big help! Thanks!

Part numbers for mounting plate are different but I think that is because they reshaped it to move the fuel
If the part numbers are the same the parts are.
Part numbers for the mounting plate are different but it looks like they reshaped the plate to fit the inline fuel filter differently. I ordered a 2023 Tank should be here end of this week and ill have answers! Thanks

In case anyone is interested for the future:
As i thought the fuel pump bolt patterns are the same from 2017/2023 model years but the mounting plate for the 2017 places the fuel line assembly in a different position and thus you would need a 2023 plate.
The unit itself also fits within the tank but based on photos the float arm appears to have a different shape/height then the 2023 unit.. I will probably be testing that out to see if it will properly give a fuel reading or if it is interrupted during its range of motion...
ALSO, for anyone who is nuts like me and is attempting to adapt the newer generation tank onto an older chassis, be prepared to change more than just the mounting tabs. The frame tubes that comes from the centered forward brace/battery tray assembly perch to the rear attaching at the beginning of the spring perch/what would be the seat subframe, is different. It appears to me the positioning is the same except the newer models have a bend in the center of these tubes to make a low level line for the tank to rest on instead of a triangular high line... ill clarify in another post if i go through with modifying this...
