Watch the birds

Wow, twice now I've discovered a dead bird in the belly pan of my bike whilst changing the oil and some feathers caught in my footpeg...

I'll spare ya'll the pictures but dang them little buggers (swallows and sparrows) are hard to avoid.

I mean they swoop and swerve in front of ya and when they swarm together it becomes near impossible (to avoid 'em).

There was a hummingbird in my tray last oil change.

I've killed 3 birds and a rabbit on mine, so far. Never hit an animal on any of my other bikes. Hop on the RC and can't avoid them. I have actually wondered if the weird headlight "flashing" disorients them or something.

Well, I'm not the only one I guess! The second week I had my bike, a bird swooped in and broke my bellypan, I ended up getting the race one to replace it
