They come with a "stock" set up but springs are available to suit needs. I haven't opened up to check valving yet, but everything is doable. I have a rear spring on the way now for this built, F spring rate is ok out of box. R stock is 72 N/mm2, F is 7.5 N/mm2
I was under the impression that when ordered you submit your weight ( rider and gear ), and if theyre for fast road or track use then they buikd them to your spec ????
That was not an option when I ordered them... IDK. Standard build specs included with them give options and part numbers for optioanl spring rates, but I'm pretty sure they are generic built all the same, then up to you to make right. Only 1 p/n i n catalog to order for shock and forks. 
Thanks for the info ,   i dont think i allowed to run the power parts forks in production racing , but i am alowed to use a cartridge set ,   hopefully a few companies will get kits sorted asap ...
