I need a manual cam chain tensioner for my 2017 RC390 and I can't seem to find one anywhere. Anyone know where I can order one?

My 2017 rc390 seized the first gear bushing! Motor had 900 miles on it. Followed break in procedure. Plenty of oil in it. Not sure why it seized? Wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if there is a fix before I put it back together.

I'm replacing my water pump seals on my2017rc this weekend but have gotten conflicting directions on which way the seals face when installing. The flat side was originally facing inward which is opposite of what I usually see on motors. Does anyone know for sure?
