Another tid-bit from one of the RC390 Cup guys. Apparently, the nut holding the waterpump impeller on is not of the locking variety. With hard use they can back off the shaft. AMA Cup guys were told to replace the nut with a locking version. This is a relatively ease fix as the cover comes off...

From what I understand, the Cup bikes use an Rc8 throttle assembly. Can anyone with access to a Cup bike confirm whether they use both cables (open/close) or just one cable like the street bikes do. Thank you. -Sean
