floor

Hello everyone, had many bikes of all shapes and sizes, just got this last week,( picture from dealer, still on floor)

Just curious, what do you guys think the minimum mods are to get the RC390 track day ready? Obviously you can just roll it off the show room floor and run it, but is there anything that's so bad it needs to be fixed asap?
