16 into 17 engine swap. what do i need to know?

I am installing a 2016 390rc motor into a 2017 390rc noticed some differences in the wiring.
The 16 has 3 plugs and the main stator wires match and one of the other plugs match but has one extra pin Any help I would be grateful for
