272.7 lbs with 2/3 of a tank of gas -at least that is what the math said after I subtracted the weight of the board the bike was sitting on.

I’m not bragging and my goal was not go to great lengths to try to lighten the bike. This was merely a labor of love of tinkering and aesthetics. This is probably not the lightest bike on the forum and I am not competing, but thought I would give some highlights.
