3.5" front wheel

Has anyone tried fitting a 3.5" front wheel from one of the bigger dukes to be able to run a 120 front tire ? I was looking at pics of 640 front wheel looks very similar

The 120 will fit stock wheel.

I know that. But it would work better on a 3.5. I have tried the 120 on the 3.0 rim and it wasnt any improvement over the 110

Odd cause everyone says its an improvement . Seems all the ninja guys run..although i dont know their stock rim width.
