Live down under in Melbourne. Got my RC back in August. Had a little YZF-R15 150cc which wouldn't do 100km/h up a hill or in to a wind. 100 or 110km/h being the legal limit over here. Was saving for something like a Street triple as the next post-learner's but saw a dealer throwing out their last seasons new KTM stock for a bargain price. Thought why not! Commute 5 days a week and love the KTM. I live on the edge of some local hills so can slip away for a 1 hour loop. Loving this little bike. It's got enough power to suit me for now. the handling is very nice. even the ergonomics suit an Old bloke whose got worn out arms, wrists & shoulders.
This forum has already been of use with the "Why the heck is the cooling fan coming on so often." issue. Coolant change & maybe a new fan is on the cards now that we've hit December and will expect a few 40 deg C days stuck in traffic at the lights.
