First bike, and I changed the just rear brake lever on it cause i drop it and it got a slight bent, i test rode it and i noticed the lever wouldn't bounce back up. Now the Back brakes are stuck. Does anyone have a clue on how to fix this? It would be great help. Im hoping that i Don't have ti bleed it.

You have probably bent something or not re-assembled correctly , loosen the bolt that goes through the brake lever and see if it frees everything up , if it does check clearance as the bolt may be pinching and bindingnon the lever not allowing it to freely move .

Did you reinstall the spring?
