Had my 3rd track day last weekend. Did some laps with the GoPro mounted on the rear, and it came out pretty cool.

This particular org goes once every month-ish, not always at the same track. FastrackRiders | Motorcycle Track Day Events

I've also done one out at Streets of Willow with TrackXperience and they were excellent as well. Home page

Both are great for first-timers to the track, especially Fastrack.
