My RC390 jumping out of gear on WOT

I did another trackday yesterday which was a proper sized course and about a dozen times over course of day my bike with jump out of 4th gear under WOT. This is highly annoying and sort of unpredictable. Trouble is I can't replicate it on the street so if I take it back to the dealer I don't think technician would be able to diagnose it. I read a MCN RC390 review which they said their bike jumped out of gear. Anyone have similar experiences?

It looks to me like KTM should be addressing and fixing this problem...

Why do you think it is only happening on the track? A highway should allow you to easily go WOT in 4th
