Hey guys, just got my License and RC 390 here in Southern California, however the Daytime LED lights do not work. Any ideas on what the problem could be? I was thinking maybe a wire or something isn't plugged in

Could be as simple as a fuse. If not, that's what the warranty is for! What dealer did you buy from?
Plus, if it is a fuse, they typically don't blow without a reason, and I'd want to know what that was.

They use the same fuse / power source as the brake, tail, and hand controls do so unless those are dead not the fuse. Warranty time....
