Pan to muffler bolts?

I Just got finished doing the first service and when I was taking the two bolts out of the right side mount that goes into the muffler under the exhaust outlet I immediately noticed they were not the same and one of them had a spacer on it. I noted which came from where but am wondering if anyone else has seen this? or is the spacer to shim the port so the exhaust outlet is centered?

If anyone with an un touched factory original could snap a pic it would be interesting to check out. The parts diagram does not show any spacer.

Yes, that is interesting, mine had one bolt that is silver like yours, the other was a black bolt slightly longer with a collar washer, I thought was pretty odd to have two different types of hardware but at this point not much can surprise me about the assembly of this bike...

On another note, tighten bolts on a regular basis, I have lost the top bolt for the counter shaft sprocket / chain cover, must have fallen out on last weekends ride.
