Post lowside accident replacement part prep

Hello everyone, I have a 2018 RC390 with which, I had an accident negotiating a turn. No injuries or severe damage but damage nonetheless. Im trying to compile what parts I should replace. I'll provide some (blurry)pics that hopefully will clarify what i should replace.

I'm thinking the shift lever for sure.(if i can get it off)
The shift linkage?
The handle bar either bent badly or it turned as it slid in the road. Bar end is chewed up. The triple top seems fine but not certain.

Might take off mirrors and look for alternative. Bike ran fine after the accident and i made it home shifting with the stubby.

I've been lurking and trying to divulge as much info as i can and appreciate all that is provided by the community. You guys seen awesome. Also are parts(including aftermarket) compatible with the 2018 model? Thank you in advance!

Hey man, welcome to the party! As a guy who's crashed the heck out of a race bike several times and had my share of spills on the street, too, I feel I have a decent idea of what you can do here..

Shift lever for sure. Linkage is probably fine, I assume it shifted okay when you rode it afterward?

The handlebar is definitely bent. You only need the bar, not a new bar end. On most bikes the bar ends are a pain to remove though, they use red loctite from the factory so you have to get some good leverage like a breaker bar to remove it. Do this before removing the bent bar and replacing with new. You can try to roll the grip off, or get a nozzle on an air compressor between the grip and the bar to blow it off. Otherwise new grips are around $15 I think.

This looks like a relatively minor lowside and your triple is fine.

Mirrors are up to you. Hard to tell exactly what's going on in that picture...

Don't worry about the engine casing on the side, that's fine. You can get case protectors if you want some piece of mind and to cover up the cosmetic damage, but not necessary.

I've got some OEM parts I've been looking to sell but honestly not sure if I have any of what you need haha. I'll take a peek and if I can make your first learning experience an easy one I'm happy to do so.

Make sure to get the right part number for the handlebar. I had a driveway tip over that bent my handlebar, ordered a new one, and it was too short. The length changed between 2016 to 2017. I don't *think* there are differences between the 2017 and 2018.

As a temporary workaround, I put the handlebar in a vice and straightened it with a sledgehammer =). It worked until the new bar came in.

The ktm case protectors are not that expensive and will cover your minor blemish. These bikes crash pretty well. Don’t really need frame sliders but a good rearset will give the bike something to slide on.

KTM Perf has a shift lever (KTM) with 3 position toe piece $29 Your linkage is OK easy to replace as I just changes mine. You might want to get the fork and swingarm sliders (KTM) I had those on when my back slid out no damage to body or engine but I broke the clutch lever (replaced with oem $7) and the bar end got scuffed ( will sand and cerakote.

The scuff on the engine would just sad and paint. You might want to get he R-G crash guard. I would just replace with oem mirror
