Rc390 overheat

Hi, I have a 2018 ktm rc390. Recently had the entire engine rebuild. Worked perfect for few months and recently I’ve noticed that the temp in the gauge is rising quicker than usual. And it takes longer to cool down. Also when driven for 45 minutes non stop and I turn off the ignition then then temps shoot upto 110 degrees c and I get a high coolant temp warning and I can’t go beyond 5k rpm. Note that the ambient was 23 degees and on open roads at 7 am. Any suggestions as to what maybe wrong? And I’ve changed the coolant to motul inugel (green) last month. New air filter also.
