Yes I am heating it with a torch.

I cannot get this for the life of me. it may be leverage related, but then the stanchion will turn as well. am I missing any tricks?

Lotsa fire, a good pin wrench and some patience. Bajaj used about 1 lb of loctite per fork leg.

UGH. So frustrating. I'm not even close. Can someone recommend a good wrench for it? The pins on my are slightly too small. I can't get leverage on anything. I tried putting the axle in but my pin wrench is the issue.

We just drilled holes in some flat stock bar, large center one for rod, then two on either side and simply used some M5 bolts (M6 perhaps) for the 'pins'.

Awesome tip. I'll try that next. I seriously cannot believe how much force I'm putting on this. You were right on the m5 bolts.

Do you typically re-use the plastic spacers from the stock spring? or just math up the length using racetech spring/spacer/washers?
