So my RC 390 has a few stickers showing it is OK to be sold in the USA and even meets California's super-strict emissions. We get a big ugly cheap looking black plastic extension below where the plate goes on the back plus a pair of red reflectors there and a pair of yellow reflectors bolted on to the bottom of the front forks which cover up the WP logo and a fair bit of the lower fork tubes. Luckily since these are the cheap afterthought the USDOT wants stuck on them that they are...they are all easily removable.
