So I missed the deadline for winterizing my bike when the tomatoes hit the first frost. Now all the tomatoes at the supermarket taste like water packets -- Yuck!

Today in Portland Oregon there was a chance to ride! 50 and cloudy!!! I bought Dewault socket sets and allen sets from home depot 0oo nice nice nice.

I rode around seeing 3 other motorcycles - boo ya!

I filled up the tank with Chevron 92 - 3.5 gallons of fuel ( I was almost on empty).

When I got home I added Stay-Bill 1.5 OZ to keep the fuel overwinter.

Then I started the oil change.

Yuck the garage smells of that nasty ass break in oil.

Filled up the oil with 1.7 liters of Motorex 5w 15. ( I know I should of bougt Moldul 300w)

Just broke 600 miles mark fyi.

Do you self a favor.. Get the oil change KTM KIT. All new filters no BS.

I updated the oil filter screws with STAINLESS STEEL ( Thanks Treachery)

Torqued everything down perfect to spec. Felt good.

My report on my first oil change was perfect. No weird stuff like others have reported. The oil itself however its quite sparklily with metal shavings!

Left the lower farings off for the next winter update.. The T-rex crash protecton kit I bought last winter lol.

Better late than never and
