Are you hitting the rev limiter or is the engine not spinning up? Some GoPro footage would be helpful if you had some. Also maybe try getting your shift points right and different roads in case there’s elevation?
This is for the RC390R, where a certain batch of them had clamps with a manufacturing defect. Mine was part of that batch and had cracked all the way through. KTM North America sent me some new ones.

The shift fork and dog teeth were a little worn down so got these replaced during an engine rebuild over winter. I’ll find out in a few weeks if this hopefully addresses it.
