    Just finished installing several mods on the RC but hesitated on getting started with the fork springs. Race Tech only supplies generic installation instructions and I couldn't find anything meaningful on YouTube. Anyone willing to post RC 390 specific instructions?

    Track guys/gals.... to insure or not?

    I'm just curious if the folks riding track exclusively are insuring their bikes and if so why. I realize that some insurance companies cover track casualties and others don't. Please share your experience.
