With the MASSIVE amount of rain we are getting here in Central Texas... I decided to "cheat" and let the weather wash the test mule... I parked it with the kickstand on a wide flat rock... and went back to cleaning and organizing the shop. At the end of the evening, I closed everything up, and...
What are you guys using for rain tires? I wonder how the supercorsas would do....
*UPDATE* my pirelli guy said they're coming out with a 140 rain tire this year. He said he'll "pair it up with a 120", so I'm unsure if that means there's a 120 rain as well

After weeks of rain, and rain and more rain... we finally got some good weather and were able to complete our Brake Testing.
So prior to doing any brake upgrades, we went out and tested the STOCK brakes.
Tire pressures were all checked, brakes were seated w/ plenty of pad material...

For some reason the paint on our stock fuel cap is already chipping off, and getting some surface rust underneath.
Never sits outside in the rain. Guess, just poor quality India Gas Cap.
Nonetheless, we wanted to spruce up the bike, and installing the Driven HALO Fuel Cap was a super quick...

Howdy there,
I am a new rider (the RC 390 is my second bike; first was stolen shortly after purchase) and I just had my first wreck last week after about 7k miles on my 390. I posted about this on /r/motorcycles, but I'd like to ask you guys about some repairs.

Hi All,
I have a pair of Alpinestars SP-2 gauntlet gloves. When was taking the MSF course it rained and rained and rained! The gloves had been so soft and supple but after the rain turned stiff. They feel okay but how do I turn them back supple?
I picked up my RC390 on 4/2/2015 (right when they first showed up at the dealer here). I have 650 miles on her now. I love this bike... such a little ripper.
If anyone else is in the Denver area, let me know.
Here she is... before all this rain started :(
