Are these hoses going to nowhere normal?

Please take a look at the attached images (sorry about iPhone photo quality).

When I was doing my first oil change on a bike. I took of my fairings and noticed these two hoses that were going to nowhere. I am assuming they are in case of overflow in the radiator?

If it is normal, where should I put them?

It is your radiator and fuel over flow, in your side fairing there are spaces for the hose, just let it run to your lower. Be careful it doesn't get too close to your exhaust.
