Engine rebuilt

If you did the whole head, then I suggest doing the normal 600 mile babysit. If you are talking just bottom end (with new gaskets) then high engine load and vacuum. This doesn't mean a bunch of redline work. Low rpm full throttle until about 7k, then let the back pressure build with no throttle. Look for down hills that you can load the motor full of back pressure with in gear coasting. Try to stay below 8-9k until the rings are nice and seated.
