Fuel Leak Left Fairing

I'm ashamed to say that after attempting to install a PCV on my RC390, I have had trouble with reinstalling the left fairing and fuel tank. The left fairing has a black cylinder that needs a hose connection but I can't seem to locate it. I only have three hoses that all go to the fuel tank, so the left fairings black cylinder has me scratching my head. I tried cranking it, only to find that this black cylinder pisses fuel! Needless to say, the bike does not start. I am not sure if I'm missing hoses but I don't know where I went wrong, please help.

that black cylinder is a charcoal canister that absorbs and stores fuel vapor coming off of the top of the fuel tank. And then feeds the vapor back into the induction track. If it is leaking fuel you some how manage to saturate it with liquid fuel. Disconnect the hose that runs to the intake manifold. plug the hose and try starting again. Make sure the fuel pump is plugged in.
