Is it time for engine rebuilt?

My Rc390 started emitting white smoke from exhaust while revving hard.

I’ve completed total 29,000 KM.

Is it time for engine rebuilt or any other way to solve this issue?

sounds like a head gasket, or other coolant thing.

diagnose it before you dive in head first

Please check oil level,if level is more bike will give excessive white smoke
