I hope you're not the sensitive type but to quote an old saying ' beauty is only shin deep but ugly is to the bone' Son, you got a boner here.

Looks good, nicely completed.

What's what looks like a can where the OE exhaust used to sit?

Did you have a chance to weigh it?

The silver wheels don't do it for me, too plain ;) .

That's the coolant res. I haven't weighed it yet but will before I deliver it. Wheels are raw vapor blasted aluminum. I'm not a fan of painting wheels, doesn't age well, chips, etc. I PC them when I have to but sometimes I like the durability and clean-ability of shot peened aluminum.

Both sweet and catchy! I can see the flowing creativity. The effort bursting at the seems. I wonder what the build price would be? Possibly 20k as this must have taken multiple weeks of custom fitting and fabrication taking loads and loads of man hours. Or was this a labor of love for a close friend or family member. Either way I've got to commend you in taking a sport bike and turning it into a cafe racer. This transformation is something you would see on TV folks. The big picture? One-UP Moto Garage, you have done something this forum has never seen, I commend you for that. Something different for sure. Folks, just think of doing something like this in your garage - not likely. This is a professional build, thank you for taking the time to share with us! Sweet build!

Now Husqvarna have the Svartpilen and Vitpilen.... this looks pretty much like them. I really like it, having thought about it before the Huskies were let loose. the only thing I am a little meh on is the headlight.

Nice work.

Well, I love it.
Super clean build, real Cafe racer look and the best is you get a nice size tank (although the real RC's tank is more likely to be Cafe racer style in terms of distance :p)
Bravo
