Hello I have a 2016 rc200 with arrow exhaust and K&N air filter and powertronic ecu, with the map that they have in their web site, does anyone have made another map? Or have made other modifications to their bike so it can have more hp or run better?
Hi all,
I have been looking at getting an RC 390 on and off for 3 years. Each time I have gotten close, I bought something else. Now the dealer just up the road is selling one for $4450 out the door... that includes all setup, tax, title, registration, doc fees... all of it. I don't know...
I was at the shop yesterday for some oil Picked up some 300V and when i got home realized i had grabbed 10W40. what weight does everyone run? 15W50? anyone run 10W40? what oil do people run (for racing)? etc! 300V is crazy expensive! lol.

Go-AZ in Scottsdale, AZ had 3 come in today, one of them is going to me, not sure about the other 2.
I'm sure this means other dealers are getting them too.
I was kind of bummed about the Motorcyclst.com article from the other day Long-Term KTM RC390: Final Update | Motorcyclist and the run...

Working on an RC390 for a client and thought I'd throw up a few progress shots incase anyone was interested. This started as a like-new bike 2 months ago, stripped it down and made a new subframe, mid pipe to a Lossa Engineering muffler, modified an old Honda gas tank, made a faceplate/...
After buying CJ's Power Commander 5 for a great price along with the K&N filter and having the PCV mapped for the K&N, stock exhaust and Airbox mod I today got her up on our local dyno for a pre-addons/PCV run.
** todays run is TOTALLY stock with nothing new on the bike at all. Purely for a...

I just ordered this thermostat switch upgrade, In description it says "starts the cooling fan at 88C/190.4F instead of the stock 105C/221F", Has anyone try this in the rc 390?
I just ordered the spal fan and samco hoses too, want to make it run less hotter cause all day in traffic...
To whom it may concern.. Finally took her and got this. Just Akra flash and k&n filter. Just did the first service on her. I run 93 if that helps. I beat out my friends tuned ninja 300 lol. I'm a little hype

Has anyone else had problems getting the CD service manual to work? I'm a Mac guy, so I'm having to run it on SWMBO's PC laptop. The manual is browser-based, but it's locked her computer up four times, trying both to autorun the app and trying to launch the English files. Suggestions...

I was working to try and install a Bazzaz fuel module, now the bike is dead. The dash won't come on. Only running lights and turn signals/horn. Anyone run into this? Is there a reset if you pull the battery?
So after calling Chad about buying a PCV and his maps and what I was about to do with my bike (Yosh, AIrbox mod, PCV, Akra Map) he talked me through his thought process his maps and his honest opinion of most likely needing to tune the bike to those specifics. Well after we talked a bit and...
The Tyga mid panels come in "A" and "B" panels. These parts are the inner "B" (black) panel on the stock bodywork, and the outer skin "A" panel (white on stock bodywork). Note, the Tyga A and B mid panels are compatible with one another as a set, and can not be mix-and-matched with the OEM...

Just curious, what do you guys think the minimum mods are to get the RC390 track day ready?
Obviously you can just roll it off the show room floor and run it, but is there anything that's so bad it needs to be fixed asap?
