Samco Hoses

I'm currently installing my Samco hose kit, 8 pieces which I know the four larger pipes attatch to engine/radiator and two thin pipes go from radiator to overflow/catch bottle.

But what are the other two thin pipes for?

The longer ones are for overflow lines that have open exit at the bottom of the bike. 1 from top of coolant reservoir and 1 from gas tank.
